Pe data de 14 mai 2025, în cadrul Departamentului de Management și Antreprenoriat al FBAA, ASEM, a avut loc un Follow-up Workshop dedicat îmbunătățirii stagiilor de practică și dezvoltării competențelor STEAM pentru studenții programului de licență în Business și Administrare.
Evenimentul a reunit studenții anului I, cadrele didactice, precum și reprezentanți ai mediului de afaceri, în scopul consolidării conexiunii dintre mediul academic și cel profesional. În cadrul workshopului, a fost organizată o sesiune interactivă cu invitați din sectorul privat, care au împărtășit din experiența lor și au identificat competențele-cheie necesare viitorilor specialiști pentru a face față provocărilor din economia modernă.
În cuvântul său de deschidere, conf. univ. dr. Irina Dorogaia, directorul Centrului STEAM Innovation din cadrul Departamentului de Management și Antreprenoriat, a subliniat importanța integrării competențelor STEAM în procesul educațional, ca factor esențial pentru succesul profesional al studenților.
Invitatul special al evenimentului, dl. Alexandr Scutari, administrator al Balkanika Finance LLC, a oferit o prezentare valoroasă despre finanțarea alternativă și mecanismele platformelor de crowdfunding, oferind exemple concrete și perspective actuale asupra atragerii resurselor financiare în afara canalelor tradiționale.
Evenimentul a generat discuții dinamice, schimburi de idei și exemple relevante din practică, contribuind la o mai bună înțelegere a realităților din mediul antreprenorial contemporan. Sesiunea de întrebări și răspunsuri a încheiat workshopul, oferindu-le participanților oportunitatea de a aprofunda temele discutate și de a primi recomandări directe din partea expertului invitat.
Acest eveniment a fost parte a proiectului Erasmus + EDU-2022-CBHE-STRAND-2, “Skills4future – Developing and improving the STEAM skills of students and teachers for curriculum innovation and sustainable development of higher education institutions and local businesses”.
Fourth Follow-up Workshop on improving the internship within the Business and Administration study program organised within Skills4future project
On May 14, 2025, within the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship of FBAA, ASEM, a Follow-up Workshop dedicated to improving internships and developing STEAM skills for students of the Bachelor’s program in Business and Administration was held.
The event brought together first-year students, teaching staff, as well as representatives of the business environment, in order to strengthen the connection between the academic and professional environments. During the workshop, an interactive session was organized with guests from the private sector, who shared their experience and identified the key skills necessary for future specialists to face the challenges of the modern economy.
In her opening speech, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Irina Dorogaia, Director of the STEAM Innovation Center within the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, emphasized the importance of integrating STEAM skills into the educational process, as an essential factor for the professional success of students.
The special guest of the event, Mr. Alexandr Scutari, administrator of Balkanika Finance LLC, gave a valuable presentation on alternative financing and crowdfunding platform mechanisms, offering concrete examples and current perspectives on attracting financial resources outside of traditional channels.
The event generated dynamic discussions, exchanges of ideas and relevant examples from practice, contributing to a better understanding of the realities of the contemporary entrepreneurial environment. The question and answer session concluded the workshop, giving participants the opportunity to deepen the topics discussed and receive direct recommendations from the invited expert.
