Pe data de 11.04.2025, Departamentul de Management și Antreprenoriat, FBAA, ASEM, a organizat o prezentare preventivă a cercetărilor realizate de către studenții anului III în cadrul elaborării tezelor de licență.
Lucrările elaborate de studenți reflectă o viziune modernă și diversă asupra provocărilor și oportunităților din mediul de afaceri modern. Subiectele au acoperit domenii-cheie precum managementul și conducerea eficientă, inovația și tehnologia (inclusiv AI), sustenabilitatea, responsabilitatea socială și tendințele actuale (angajarea generației Z, femei de afaceri), dezvoltarea personală și profesională, studii de caz și strategii de îmbunătățire a competitivității.
Participanții au avut ocazia să-și împărtășească cunoștințele, să primească feedback valoros de la colegi și profesori și să participe activ la schimbul de idei relevante pentru viitorul lor profesional. Ei au demonstrat un nivel avansat în elaborarea tezelor de licență și au dezvoltat abilități de prezentare a unor lucrări științifice.
Evenimentul a fost organizat în cadrul proiectului Erasmus+ “Skills4future – Developing and improving the STEAM skills of students and teachers for curriculum innovation and sustainable development of higher education institutions and local businesses”. La eveniment au participat reprezentanți din mediul de afaceri, cadre didactice și studenți de la programul de studiu Business și Administrare.
Round table for preliminary defending of students’ License Theses in framework of the Skills4future project
On 11.04.2025, the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, FBAA, ASEM, organized a preventive presentation of the research carried out by the third-year students in the framework of the development of their bachelor’s theses.
The works developed by the students reflect a modern and diverse vision of the challenges and opportunities in the modern business environment. The topics covered key areas such as effective management and leadership, innovation and technology (including AI), sustainability, social responsibility and current trends (employment of Generation Z, businesswomen), personal and professional development, case studies and strategies for improving competitiveness.
The participants had the opportunity to share their knowledge, receive valuable feedback from colleagues and professors and actively participate in the exchange of ideas relevant to their professional future. They demonstrated an advanced level in the development of bachelor’s theses and developed skills in presenting scientific papers.
The event was organized within the framework of the Erasmus+ project “Skills4future – Developing and improving the STEAM skills of students and teachers for curriculum innovation and sustainable development of higher education institutions and local businesses”. The event was attended by representatives from the business community, teaching staff and students from the Business and Administration study program.
