ReSTART: Predarea online a profesorilor de la universitățile UE

În cadrul lecțiilor organizate de profesorii departamentului „Management și Antreprenoriat” la Ciclul II Master, pe parcursul lunii martie 2021, au fost organizate sesiuni de predare online în comun cu profesori  și specialiști din universități și organizații europene, precum UPB (România), AUF (România), URAK (Bulgaria) și TUKE (Slovacia). Activitățile s-au realizat în cadrul proiectului Erasmus+ ”Reinforce entrepreneurial and digital skills of students and teachers to enhance the modernization of higher education in MOLDOVA (ReSTART)”.

Astfel, masteranzii de la programele Administrarea Afacerilor și Managementul Proiectelor Europene au avut ocazia sa participe la  13 lecții, pe diverse subiecte actuale și importante în educația antreprenorială:

  • Management de proiect: Instrumente de gestionare a proiectelor AUF – Liliana LUPUȘOR (AUF, Romania);
  • Asigurarea calității în proiecte – Mihaela CODREANU (AUF, Romania);
  • Finanțarea proiectelor, o abordare generală – Radovan DRAB (TUKE, Kosice, Slovacia);
  • Susținerea alegerilor de carieră în funcție de trăsăturile de personalitate – Beatrice LEUSTEAN (UPB, Romania);
  • Managementul stresului; Diferite roluri în echipă și tehnici de persuasiune – Bozhana STOYCHEVA (URAK, Bulgaria);
  • Leadership – Gheorghe MILITARU (UPB, Romania);
  • Comportamentul de grup și de echipă – Radu D. STANCIU (UPB, Romania).

Evenimentele au fost înalt apreciate de masteranzi, care au remarcat nivelul lecțiilor și metodele interactive de predare.

ReSTART: Online teaching of professors from EU universities

At the lessons organized by the professors of the “Management and Entrepreneurship” department ASEM with the students from the Master, during March 2021, joint online teaching sessions were organized with professors and specialists from European universities and organizations, such as UPB (Romania), AUF ( Romania), URAK (Bulgaria) and TUKE (Slovakia). The activities were carried out within the Erasmus + project “Reinforce entrepreneurial and digital skills of students and teachers to enhance the modernization of higher education in MOLDOVA (ReSTART)”.

Thus, the master students from the Business Administration and Management of European Projects programs had the opportunity to participate in 13 lessons, on various current and important topics in entrepreneurship education:

  • Project Management: AUF Project Management Tools – Liliana Lupușor (AUF, Romania);
  • Quality Assurance in Projects – Mihaela Codreanu (AUF, Romania);
  • Project Financing, a general approach – Radovan DRAB (TUKE, Kosice, Slovakia);
  • Sustaining career choices according to personality traits – Beatrice LEUSTEAN (UPB, Romania);
  • Stress Management; Different team roles and Persuasion techniques – Bozhana STOYCHEVA (URAK, Bulgaria);
  • Leadership – Gheorghe MILITARU (UPB, Romania);
  • Group vs. Team Behaviour – Radu D. STANCIU (UPB, Romania).

The events were highly appreciated by master students, who noted the level of lessons and interactive teaching methods.
