ReSTART: A ȘASEA SESIUNE DE ORIENTARE ÎN CARIERĂ
Scopul sesiunii de orientare în carieră este de a sprijini studenții înscriși la cursurile de la programului de master Administrarea Afacerilor, ASEM în tranziția lor la viața profesională. Evenimentul a fost organizat la 30 Martie 2021, în format online, în cadrul proiectului ERASMUS+ ReSTART “Reinforce entrepreneurship and digital skills of students and teachers to modernize higher education in MOLDOVA”.
Sesiunea a reunit reprezentanți ai mediului de afaceri, studenți, profesori din ASEM și din universitățile europene membre ai proiectului ReSTART.
Svilen Kunev (URAK) și Radovan Drab (TUKE) au descris experiența instituțiilor de învățământ superior din UE în orientarea profesională a studenților. Dna Visan Claudia (AUF) a informat masteranzii despre proiectele desfășurate de agenție în acest domeniu. Un interes deosebit a fost provocat de discursul psihologilor din Republica Moldova: Erhan Corina și Liliana Cicala, care i-au îndrumat pe studenți în vederea cunoașterii particularităților orientării profesionale, a modalităților de a face față competențelor și abilităților solicitate de mediul de afaceri actual.
ReSTART: The 6th CAREER ORIENTATION SESSION
The purpose of the career guidance session is to support students enrolled in courses in the Master’s program in Business Administration, ASEM in their transition to professional life. The event was organized on March 30, 2021, in online format, within the ERASMUS + ReSTART project “Reinforce entrepreneurship and digital skills of students and teachers to modernize higher education in MOLDOVA”.
The session brought together representatives of the business environment, students, and professors from ASEM and European universities members of the ReSTART project.
Svilen Kunev (URAK) and Radovan Drab (TUKE) described the experience of EU higher education institutions in vocational guidance for students. Ms. Visan Claudia (AUF) informed the master students about the projects carried out by the agency in this field. A special interest was provoked by the speech of psychologists from the Republic of Moldova: Erhan Corina and Liliana Cicala, who guided the students in order to know the peculiarities of professional orientation, ways to cope with the skills and abilities required by the current business environment.
