Pe data de 20.02.2024, Centrul pentru Competențe și Inovare ”STEAM Innovation”, Departamentul de Management și Antreprenoriat, FBAA, ASEM, a organizat cu succes o sesiune de informare despre proiectul Erasmus+ “Skills4future – Developing and improving the STEAM skills of students and teachers for curriculum innovation and sustainable development of higher education institutions and local businesses”. La eveniment au participat reprezentanți din mediul de afaceri, cadre didactice și studenți de la programul de studiu Business și Administrare.
Inițial, directorul Centrului pentru Competențe și Inovare ”STEAM Innovation”, Irina Dorogaia a informat publicul cu privire la particularitățile proiectului Skills4future, obiectivele de bază, activitățile realizate pe parcursul primului an de demarare al proiectului. Domnul Șavga Ghenadie a prezentat rezultatele studiului realizat în cadrul proiectului și a accentuat importanța conlucrării cu mediul de afaceri în vederea obținerii rezultatelor scontate.
Invitat special, domnul Felix Andreas Faehre reprezentant al companiei Kaufland Romania&Moldova, a abordat subiecte cu referire la particularitățile scalării businessului în era digitalizării. Astfel, au fost aduse în discuție o perspectivă profundă despre cum să navigheze cu succes o companie în condițiile actuale și care sunt principiile scalării businessului în lumea contemporană. Prezentarea sa captivantă și experiența vastă au fost cu adevărat inspiraționale pentru toți cei prezenți. La fel, și ceilalți reprezentanți din mediul de afaceri au avut ocazia de a explora idei și strategii inovatoare, de a se conecta și de a împărtăși cunoștințe într-un mediu prietenos și dinamic. A fost o demonstrație a pasiunii comune pentru excelență și progres în domeniul afacerilor, sustenabilității și al inovației.
Sesiunea de informare a fost organizat în cadrul proiectului Erasmus+ “Skills4future – Developing and improving the STEAM skills of students and teachers for curriculum innovation and sustainable development of higher education institutions and local businesses”. Acest proiect urmărește dezvoltarea și îmbunătățirea competențelor STEAM ale studenților și cadrelor didactice, în vederea inovării curriculei și dezvoltării sustenabile a instituțiilor de învățământ superior și a afacerilor locale.
On 20.02.2024, the Center for Competences and Innovation “STEAM Innovation”, the Department of Management and Entrepreneurship, FBAA, ASEM, successfully organized an information session about the Erasmus+ project “Skills4future – Developing and improving the STEAM skills of students and teachers for curriculum innovation and sustainable development of higher education institutions and local businesses”. The event was attended by representatives from the business environment, teaching staff and students from the Business and Administration study program.
Initially, the director of the Center for Competences and Innovation “STEAM Innovation”, Irina Dorogaia, informed the public about the particularities of the Skills4future project, the basic objectives, the activities carried out during the first year of the project’s launch. Mr. Șavga Ghenadie presented the results of the study carried out within the project and emphasized the importance of working with the business environment in order to achieve the expected results.
Special guest, Mr. Felix Andreas Faehre, representative of the company Kaufland Romania&Moldova, addressed topics with reference to the particularities of business scaling in the age of digitalization. Thus, a deep perspective on how to successfully navigate a company in the current conditions and what are the principles of business scaling in the contemporary world were discussed. His engaging presentation and vast experience were truly inspirational to all present. Likewise, other business representatives had the opportunity to explore innovative ideas and strategies, network and share knowledge in a friendly and dynamic environment. It was a demonstration of the shared passion for excellence and progress in business, sustainability and innovation.
