La 27 septembrie 2023, departamentul Management și Antreprenoriat, ASEM a fost gazda unui atelier de lucru sub denumirea “Competențele STEAM și provocările sociale”. Evenimentul a reunit studenți din cadrul programului de Business și Administrarea, profesori universitari și reprezentanți din mediul de afaceri.
Atelierul a generat un interes deosebit în rândul participanților prin prezentarea de către experți din domeniul afacerilor a unor exemple concrete de bune practici aplicate în țara noastră. Nadejda DAVID, Chief Accounting Officer la ACE Cabling, Angela TOMAC, Recruitment Specialist la DRÄXLMAIER Group, și Diana BOGNIBOV, Director Resurse Umane la Zernoff, au adus în discuție subiecte legate de competențele STEAM și modul în care acestea pot contribui nu doar la dezvoltarea durabilă a afacerilor, ci și a comunității în ansamblu.
În cadrul atelierului au fost identificate teme de cercetare în domeniile STEAM, care urmează să fie propuse studenților programului de studii Business și Administrare de la ASEM.
Atelierul face parte din proiectul Erasmus + Skills4future ” Dezvoltarea și Îmbunătățirea Competențelor STEAM ale Studenților și Profesorilor pentru Inovarea Curriculară și Dezvoltarea Durabilă a Instituțiilor de Învățământ Superior și a Afacerilor Locale”.
On September 27, 2023 the Management and Entrepreneurship department, ASEM hosted a workshop entitled “STEAM Competencies and Social Challenges”. The event brought together students from the Business and Administration program, university professors and representatives from the business environment.
The workshop generated a special interest among the participants through the presentation by business experts of certain examples of good practices applied in our country. Nadejda DAVID, Chief Accounting Officer at ACE Cabling, Angela TOMAC, Recruitment Specialist at DRÄXLMAIER Group, and Diana BOGNIBOV, Human Resources Director at Zernoff, brought up topics related to STEAM skills and how they can contribute not only to sustainable development of business, but also of the community as a whole.
During the workshop, research topics were identified in the STEAM fields, which are to be proposed to the students of the Business and Administration study program at ASEM.
The workshop is part of the Erasmus + Skills4future project “Development and Improvement of STEAM Competences of Students and Teachers for Curricular Innovation and Sustainable Development of Higher Education Institutions and Local Business”.
